Once the design is finished, the creation of a jewel continues with a gouaché painted design, depicting its color, shape, and volume in actual size. Then comes the mock-up stage, first interpretation of a jewel in three dimensions.
Guided by two lecturers, experience the mock-up maker's gestures while creating a pewter mock-up. Shape a butterfly out of metal and decorate it with rhinestones. After the class, bring your work home.

- You are welcomed by your lecturers, and a refreshment is offered to you before the class starts.
