L’ÉCOLE'S Talent Programmes

Dubai Culture and Arts Authority and the Abu Dhabi Music and Arts Foundation, in collaboration with L’ÉCOLE Middle East supported by Van Cleef & Arpels, are running programmes to develop the skills of designers in jewelry making. These initiatives, the 'Talent Atelier' programme and the ADMAF Design Fund Award, aim to support and empower emerging talents in the UAE.
Talent Atelier
The 'Talent Atelier' programme, a Dubai Culture initiative in collaboration with L’ÉCOLE Middle East and supported by Van Cleef & Arpels, offers a unique opportunity for Emirati designers to refine their expertise in jewelry making. Through immersive courses and workshops, participants explore the history of jewelry, the world of gemstones, and essential jewelry-making techniques. This programme aims to empower emerging talents, enrich the creative scene in Dubai, and reinforce the emirate's position as a global hub for culture and innovation.

ADMAF Design Fund Award
The ADMAF Design Fund Award, in partnership with L’ÉCOLE Middle East and supported by Van Cleef & Arpels, provides a transformative platform for young jewelry designers based in the UAE. This prestigious award offers bespoke collaborations and comprehensive training opportunities, setting the stage for the creation of future-leading brands. Winners gain access to courses led by master craftsmen at L’ÉCOLE, and the chance to showcase their winning piece at the Abu Dhabi Festival, fostering artistic excellence and professional development.
