Gold is a fascinating material: the color, the radiance and especially the combination of its characteristics make it the favorite metal of Humans to create jewels, adornments, and precious objects. In jewelry, to create volumes and textures which are as varied as they are astounding, gold is generally alloyed, especially to make it more durable, but also to give it a broader color range.
