On Saturday, November 7th, 2026, L’ÉCOLE, School of Jewelry Arts invites the public to its Open House Day to experience the fascinating world of jewelry arts firsthand, during Dubai Design Week. ​

This year, delve into the captivating universe of gold, inspired by research-based exhibition, "Recreating Gesture: Crafting a Gold Necklace from the Iron Age."​

Enjoy free course discoveries that illuminate the rich art history of gold, the ancient savoir-faire (craftsmanship) of working with this precious metal. In addition, you can embark on a guided tour of the "Recreating Gesture: Crafting a Gold Necklace from The Iron Age" exhibition, engage in exciting gold-themed kids' workshops, and attend an insightful talk exploring the multifaceted world of gold, and conclude your day with an enchanting outdoor cinema experience under the stars. ​

Hands-on course demonstration. Experience the intricate gold techniques used by expert jewelers and artisans as our lecturers guide you through all our core pillars: the art history of gold jewelry, the ancient savoir-faire (craftsmanship) of working with this precious metal, and the fascinating universe of gold and gemstones. ​
