"Jewels & Journeys" is a cultural experience that connects L’ÉCOLE’s exhibition "Recreating Gesture: Crafting a Gold Necklace from the Iron Age" with the rich archaeological heritage of the UAE. Each journey begins with a guided visit to L’ÉCOLE’s exhibition, introducing participants to the research, craftsmanship, and historical narratives behind the displays, before continuing to a selected museum to explore the craftsmanship and archaeological treasures of the Iron Age firsthand.
Through four distinct destinations – Al Ain, Dubai, Mleiha, and Sharjah – the program offers an immersive exploration of the region's cultural landscape, fostering dialogue between ancient civilizations, contemporary craftsmanship, and the enduring significance of material culture.
