I certify that I have read and accepted the conditions of my child’s registration.
I authorize my child to travel to, and participate in, the Creative Workshops organized by L’ÉCOLE, School of Jewelry Arts (L’ÉCOLE), in its premises, located at number 31 rue Danielle Casanova, 75001 Paris. I authorize my child to travel to L’ÉCOLE and leave the premises following the end of the Workshop, unaccompanied. I therefore exempt L’ÉCOLE of all responsibility. For the duration of the Creative Workshops, where the presence of a parent or accompanying adult is required (5-8 years), the child remains under the responsibility and supervision of said parent or accompanying adult. I hereby certify that my child is covered by an up-to-date Civil Liability insurance policy, details of which I can provide upon simple request.
