From the Wax Project to the Setting Techniques (4h)
Try your hand at wax sculpture techniques and stone setting.
About the Course
Setting is one of the most important steps in jewelry making. It secures and fixes the gems on the metallic pieces of the jewel.
After an introduction to setting techniques, learn to execute your own mounting on silver. Installed at the workbench and guided by your lecturers discover how to sculpt on a wax model and design the placement for the stones, preparing the wing of a butterfly jewel.
