Description of the Series
This course selection, which combines geology, gemology, and technical savoir-faire, will guide you from an understanding of the stupefying creation process of gemstones at the center of the Earth, to learning to handle and recognize them, to experiencing the lapidary’s art, from studying the stone to cutting and finally to polishing the gemstone.
